Nothing is better than a basket of fresh veggies from the market! It also reminds me of the times when I had a garden, and almost everything was very well around there – carrots, beets, squash, or cucumbers… Carrots were the hardest to plant; you start by putting seeds in the soil, but then you need to thin the rows out to leave only several, so they grow thicker. Roots are hard to maintain – invisible, they come as they are later, sometimes juicy and healthy, sometimes thin and poor. Eventually, it is something to think about…
