Where do you ship?
I ship within Canada and to other countries according to the shipping services rates. I currently do not ship to the US.
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 2-3 business days to prepare and pack the art piece. After that, it will vary by location.
How do you pack the prints?
For small sizes, I use a backing board and a clear bag to keep a drawing sturdy. For larger sizes, I will place the rolled drawing in a quality art tube with additional paper for protection inside.
Can I return the print?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What payments do you accept?
Major cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER are accepted, as well as Apple Pay & PayPal. Cash is accepted if the delivery is set within St. John’s, NL (use the contact form to discuss if you choose this option).
